Busy day today...

Helped out with the 3 member of my fyp group doing Imagine Cup. The amazing thing is that they told me 7.30 and appeared at 8.45... Ok, not that amazed already, kind of expected it though some hope remain in me which is why i still went on time...

I brought the psp I stole from Fei Wen just in case and it came useful (:

Well~ I acted for them as the sick sister of the main character of their story again... I suppose it's better than the "dead" sister I was suppose to act ytd... Feel kind of ill now that I think about it, since, you know, this type of stuffs are kind of inauspicious... My mother even scold me for being dumb when I told he rabout it ==" said I should have refuse.

But then again, they only asked me help and I said ok first before knowing it's this kinda role.

Anyway. I left after lunch to shop for mother's day gift. Went to the kinokuniya at Takashimaya first to check out whether the book I've been waiting for arrived yet and....IT DID. Whoo. Damn happy haha

Beside that book, still got 2 other which is part of the series I collecting so I bought 3 novels total. It cost like 50 dollar and made my wallet bleed though...

By the way, I was feeling nauseous since morning after having motion sickness from a car ride so I had quite a hard time walking around. And after I couldnt find anything suitable I thought of this object I saw Action City selling. But the thing is, there is no Action City brancg in Orchard T.T

So I dragged my feet to walk towards the mrt to take to Bugis around 3.30. And that's actually when something totally impossible happened.

I was walking/swaying under the heat, feeling nauseous and suddenly walked past this guy going in the opposite direction as me and he caught my attention immediately. Although he was wearing sunglasses, it didnt really hide how good looking he was and the fact that he bore an uncanny resemblance to Wu Zhun!!

Well, due to the sunglasses he wore and my feeling sick it could totally be me having an hallucination, or maybe there really are people that look that alike lol.

I kind of stared at him obviously (turning my head suddenly and my eyes on him intently) and he even looked at my direction! Omg, if it's really him I'd feel so embarrass can?

But it's not like I will ever know if it's really him or not since I dont think media will advertise that Wu Zhun went where n where in his free time right? If it is him, I'm lucky(?) if it's not, hope to spot him again haha.

Right, back to my day. I was horrified when I reached Bugis because....it's MORE crowded than Orchard, which I dont know how it is possible. And the maassaging toy I had wanted to get is freaking expensive at 70$. I'm not THAT dumb. It's an obvious rip off.

And ok...as much as I hate to admit this, but I needa be grateful to Jac who suggest (through sms, since she's heartless enough to not accompany me) a certain package offer of perfume and body lotion at The Body Shop. The price is much more reasonable, and I chose the perfume I liked most (in case my mother dont like, then I can get to use lol) and body lotion can't go wrong with my mother.

The staff (a lady in her mid twenties) that offered me assistant was really nice as well haha compare to the Action City sales person who didnt answer my qn and just keep on telling me to get the 70$ thing. I had to ask two times before she even tell me how much it cost ==" So I guess The Body Shop wins in the customer service department LOL (no, that did not affect my decision at all...)

So, that is how my mother's day gift search finally came to an end. And I continued to drag myself home. Luckily for me, the lift that is nearer to the side where my house is position is finally back in action!!! After so long and after so many false finished deadlines. (The new lift stops on every floor and saved me trouble climbing stairs.)

And it was quite late when I reach home, again. I wonder when will I ever get the chance to go home early again T.T
