My birthday Post! A little late, but yea...I guess it was a good one? (At least, I had the whole day free compared to previous years)

Woke up around 10am, and went to collect my cake at around 11, ordered a Tiramisu online, looked like an online shop at first, but spotted at the delivery section that there's a "Self-collection" option, then realize they had a shop. And the shop is 2 bus stop away from my house only somemore...

My guess is they earned enough money recently to open a shop lol cuz I definitely remembered that location to be of another shop since I passed by there often enough (I can confirm that less than 1 month ago it was still the old shop there...)

So I opted for self-collection to save 10$ haha.

The cake looks nice :D (tase not bad too)

Went home to store the cake in the fridge before setting off again to Paya Lebar. Just nice my house in on the way, between the cake shop and the mrt station so it wasn't too much hassle.

Meeting Jac at 1pm, reached at 12:45 in the hopes of her arriving early...but of course she came at 1:15 instead. And for making me wait for half an hour, pass the original meeting time somemore...Jac TREATED me Yami Yogurt HEHE (nope, she did it willingly, it's beyond me to bully people:D)

Ate the REAL Takoyaki at ION Orchard basement, surprisingly there was no queue at all!! I guess that on a normal weekday afternoon, most people are either still at work or in school.

Went Kino and got the book I waited for, as well as renewed my card, sponsored by my father XD

Walked around in search of items needed for Japan trip as well; as of now, looking for:
1) A pair of waterproof shoe - June is the rainy season of Japan, and with my slipper luck, better have a pair of shoe on hand
2) Swim suit for the Hot Spring Resort we're gonna visit (Yunessun) And of course, there's a specific kind I'm looking for, since neither one-piece and bikini appeal to me =.=
Luckily spotted those kind I want in bulk inside Taka (: with a sign on top that says "Japan-approved Swim Wear" LOL
But as expected of items sold within Orchard, the price is a little too extreme so I didn't buy; shall look for those at other places to see if they're cheaper first.
3) A nice looking Windbreaker, to wear over the couple of T-shirts I'm going to bring to Japan to save up on luggage space, since T-shirts by itself are boring; but a nice enough Windbreaker sure can cover it up (:

Well, technically, I found everything I was looking for, but literally, I got nothing... Orchard is simply not a good place for your wallet lol

Went Ang Mo Kio after that to eat my crab feast XD

Then went Toa Pah Yoh after that to go to this nail-art shop I discover the other day went I went there with Shiyun to get graduation robe, they selling all sort of "jewel", "3D pen" and etc things cheaply and both my mother and I are engrossed in this area recently.

Spend half an hour there this time and spent more than 60$ O.o Scary...but gotten a lot of nice things haha.

After this, went home to cut cake.

Presents gotten this year so far:
-A necklace from Shiyun. Thanks gal (: it was pretty
-Red Packet from my aunt
-Red Packet from my mother
-Red Packet from my father
-The nail polish/nail art accessories
-A 1 year Kino card membership

All in all, a good haul (:

*All pictures to be uploaded to facebook...soon. Haha

And much thanks to everyone who remembered (:
...but got some heartless souls still need me remind nyaaaa; though surprisingly, I finally hear of someone who has the same birthday as me!
